چکیده: 

The present descriptive-analytical study was an attempt to improve jurisprudential texts and sources to detect the problems in the content of popular Shiite jurisprudential texts used as textbooks in seminaries. Finally, it figures out what contents and materials should be added to the jurisprudential teachings to increase the enforceability of jurisprudential laws in different times and circumstances to prevent practical deviation from religious laws and the application of incorrect methods in the enforcement of such laws. To achieve this goal, aside from dealing with jurisprudential laws and the reasons behind them, which are addressed in common jurisprudential works, jurists are advised to take into account the rationale, logic, and enforcement methods of such laws (which are collectively referred to as "the requirements of jurisprudential laws" in the present article), so that they can organize jurisprudential law enforcement methods concerning their philosophy and rationale and put forward appropriate strategies to prevent the deviation of such enforcement methods from their pre-determined goals and objectives.

چکیده: 

مقدمه: توانمندسازی، کلید اثربخشی مدیران و سازمان است که از بین انواع توانمندسازی، "توانمندسازیپویا" نقش راهبردی در سازمان ها ایفا می کند. بر این اساس توانمندسازی مدیران نیز باید با در نظر گرفتن پویایی نقش مدیران طراحی گردد. بویژه در مورد سازمان هایی همچون دانشگاه علوم پزشکی که بر طبق راهبردهای آموزشی، توانمندسازی در آموزش عالی، عاملی مهم در رویکرد بهبود و بازسازی موسسات آموزشی است. بر اساس این ضرورت پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مولفه های توانمندسازی پویا در مدیران آموزشی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی صورت گرفت. روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت مروری با رویکرد کیفی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل مقالات مرتبط با کلید واژه های توانمندی های پویا و توانمندسازی پویا به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی بود که در فاصله زمانی سال های 2020 تا2000، در قالب مقالات مروری، تحقیقی اصیل در بانک های اطلاعاتی الکترونیکی منتشر شده بودند. بر طبق جستجوهای پژوهشگر و بعد از بررسی تناسب آنها با کلیدواژها، 10 مدل، 10 مقاله مروری، 10 مقاله پژوهشی و 10 تعریف از کتاب های مرتبط مورد تحلیل محتوا به روش مرسوم قرار گرفت. نتایج: یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که مولفه های توانمندسازی پویا در مدیران در قالب 12 طبقه و 22 زیرطبقه جمع بندی می شود که از 64 کد اصلی و 226 کد باز استخراج شدند. دوازده طبقه توانمندسازی پویا شامل: مهارت ها و توانمندی ها، منابع انسانی، توانمندی های مدیریتی، رهبری، ساختاری، اجرایی، فرایندی، فرایندهای پویا، آموزشی، ارتباطی، عملکردی و ارزیابی بودند. شدند. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش می توان به یک جمع بندی مفهومی در مورد مولفه های تشکیل دهنده برنامه توانمندسازی پویا مدیران رسید که از طریق تدوین مدل آن بر روی مدیران دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی ایران می توان به طراحی مدل توانمندسازی پویا برای مدیران آموزش علوم پزشکی دست یافت.

The doctrine that the content of the conclusion of a deductively valid argument is included in the content of its premises, taken jointly, is a familiar one. It has important consequences for the question of what value valid arguments possess, since it indicates the poverty of three traditional answers: that arguments may and should be used as instruments of persuasion, that they may and should be used as instruments of justification; and that they may and should be used to advance knowledge. The truth is, however, that in each of these cases the argument has only a managerial role and, if there is any work done, it is the premises that do it. It will be maintained that this point has little force against the critical rationalist answer, which I shall defend, that the principal purpose of deductive reasoning from an assemblage of premises is the exploration of their content, facilitating their criticism and rejection. That said, the main aim of the present paper is not to promote critical rationalism but to consider some published objections to the doctrine that a statement asserts every statement that is validly deducible from it. The alleged counterexamples to be considered fall roughly into two groups: statements that emerge with time from a rich mathematical or empirical theory, but were originally unformulated and are deducible from the theory only in a non-trivial way (Frederick 2011, 2014; Williamson 2012); and statements, notably disjunctions, that are easily formulated and are deducible from a theory in a trivial way (Schurz & Weingartner 1987; Mura 1990, 2008; Gemes 1994; Yablo 2014). Each of these counterexamples will be evaluated and dismissed.

آمـوزش آمـوزش زبـان، فراینـدی بسـیار پیچیـده و دشـوار اسـت و در اجـرای آن عوامـل فراوانـی مثـل آشـنایی بـا مسـائل زبـان شناسـی و روان شناسـی یادگیـری تأثیـر گـذار اسـت. در ایـن میـان کتاب هـای درسـی، یکـی از ابزارهـای بسـیار مهـم در امـر آمـوزش زبان فارسـی هسـتند و متون آموزشـی، منبـع رجوع زبـان آمـوزان بـرای یادگیـری زبـان و قواعـد آن بـه شـمار می رونـد. اغلـب کتاب هـای آمـوزش زبـان می کوشـند زبـان آمـوزان را بـه تسـلط در تمـام مهارت هـای زبانـی برسـانند. ایـن در حالـی اسـت کـه بسـیاری از فراگیـران، پـس از شـرکت در کلاس هـای آموزشـی، قـادر نیسـتند حتـی جمـات سـاده ای را در گفتـار و نوشـتار بـه کار ببرنـد و بتواننـد ارتبـاط راحت تـری را ایجـاد نماینـد. نگارنـدگان ایـن مقالـه، با توجـه بـه اهمیـت مطالعـات آمـوزش زبـان فارسـی، خـواه بـرای زبـان آمـوزان داخـل کشـور و خـواه زبان آمـوزان خـارج و بویـژه در جهـت بسـط و گسـترش بهتـر زبـان و ادبیـات فارسـی و ترویـج زیبایی هـای ادبـی و محتوایـی آن در بیـن زبـان آمـوزان غیـر فارسـی زبـان، علـی الخصـوص فراگیـران خارجـی، بـا تشـریح اصـول سـازمان دهـی محتـوای کتـب درسـی و آموزشـی بـه ایـن سـوال اساسـی پرداخته انـد کـه «سـازمان دهـی محتـوا در متـون آموزشـی زبـان فارسـی بایـد چگونـه باشـد». در حقیقـت رعایـت کـدام ابیـات متـون اصـول در سـازمان دهـی محتـوای کتـب درسـی و آموزشـی، عامـل جـذب فراگیـران آموزشـی و درسـی مـا خواهـد شـد. در ایـن نوشـتار بـا مطالعـه منابـع تخصصـی سـازمان دهـی محتـوا بـه صـورت کتابخانـه ای، اصـول یـک محتـوای آموزشـی مـورد بررسـی و تشـریح قـرار گرفتـه اسـت.

Objective: People who have higher social health can more successfully deal with the challenges and ups and downs of playing key social roles and participate more in collective activities and prevent social deviations and anomalies. In this regard, foresight and the development of a forward-looking strategy model by the media can play an important role in promoting the social health of their audience (individuals).Method: This research has been done qualitatively and quantitatively. In the qualitative phase, content analysis and Q methods were used, and in the quantitative phase, factor analysis was used to analyze the Q method data.Results: The content analysis of the media in this study showed that the most media production in the field of social deviations with 576 cases and the lowest media production in the field of violence with 237 cases. The field of social quality with 485 and the field of social issues with 312 cases are in the second and third ranks. A small questionnaire was made and based on it, the desired model was designed using PLS software. Conclusion: This model showed that the function of media is effective in promoting social health of society and can have the greatest impact on improving quality of life, reducing violence, reducing social deviations and social issues.

This study aimed at uncovering the extent to which the content of reading section of English Proficiency Test (EPT) engages the critical thinking. The corpus of this research included 16 reading comprehension texts among 24 recent tests, and totally 600 cases were randomly selected and analyzed based on Rummy’ s content analysis method in terms of critical thinking. The content of the reading comprehension texts was examined in four general dimensions. Using William Rummy's content analysis method, the reading comprehension texts, pictures, questions, and activities were scrutinized through a comprehensive quantitative analysis. Frequencies and percentages were calculated for each category and the data were analyzed by using Rummy’ s formula. The findings revealed that the reading comprehension content, questions, and activities of the EPT did not enhance critical thinking in respondents. Since Rummy’ s model includes picture categories benefited from criteria of critical thinking, the texts were also studied to see if the pictures benefited from the criteria of critical thinking based on Rummy’ s content analysis method. It was cleared that there was no picture in the reading sections of the EPT.

In recent years a great number of books have appeared in various fields of ESP, and the number is increasing every year. These books are specially prepared and adapted for foreign students possessing varying degrees of language skills.Experts believe that the production of ESP books is a vital task that requires several stages and procedures. To produce these materials, special attention should be paid to the age of the learners their English background, their level of knowledge in specialist field and the teaching method. The best should be done to provide materials which enable the learners to increase their English proficiency, learn the required skills for communication, and achieve their terminal behavior.Since the majority of university graduates in Iran are not equipped with sufficient knowledge of English to read and understand the original specialized textbooks, this paper aimed to test the appropriateness of materials used in ESP classes, based on a study conducted at Chabahar Maritime University. The finding of this research rejected the null hypothesis, because the observed t. was 2.83 and the value of critical t.’ with the 49 degrees of freedom at the .05 level was 2, and this signifies that the novel content based texts motivated the students and improved their English proficiency.

This study explores the distinguished Persian Sufi mystic Shaykh Maḥmūd Shabestarī’s Golshan-e Rāz, or The Rose Garden of Mystery. Adopting a hermeneutic approach, it scrutinizes the intricate spiritual journey towards divine realization delineated in Shabestarī’s poetry, utilizing qualitative content analysis of original texts and interpretations by scholars such as Lāhījī and Ibn Turka Iṣfahānī. The main question the paper addresses is this: “How can the spiritual journeyer overcome obstacles—particularly ‘otherness’—and achieve unity with the divine Essence within the framework of Islamic mysticism, as interpreted through Shabestarī’s teachings in Golshan-e Rāz?” To answer this inquiry, the paper addresses pivotal questions concerning Shabestarī’s depiction of the spiritual journeyer’s path, its stages and challenges, and the critical role of the human form in divine manifestation. The study underscores the necessity of overcoming duality and distinction, alluding to the transformative nature of the journey that necessitates self-purification and the cessation of otherness. Findings from this study provide an enriched understanding of Shabestarī’s thought, contributing to the discourse on Islamic metaphysics. It presents valuable insights into the spiritual journeyer’s path, offering a comprehensive interpretation of the challenges, practices, and transformative experiences leading to divine realization and unity.

Infertility, affecting approximately 17.5% of the global adult population, is a multifaceted issue influenced by lifestyle and dietary factors. Persian Medicine (PM), as a complementary approach, emphasizes the role of individualized dietary and lifestyle modifications based on temperament (mizaj) in addressing infertility. This study aimed to identify and categorize dietary recommendations for infertile women according to their temperaments, as outlined in authoritative PM texts. A qualitative summative content analysis was conducted using eight key PM texts—including Qanun Fi Teb and Exir-e-Azam from the 9th to 18th centuries—alongside electronic databases such as Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, and Google Scholar were searched. Foods were categorized based on four compound temperaments—cold and dry, cold and wet, warm and dry, and warm and wet—and subcategories such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, meats, and medicinal plants. The analysis highlighted the central role of warming, nutrient-dense foods in improving reproductive health, particularly for cold temperaments. Foods such as lamb, eggs, chickpeas, milk with cinnamon or ginger, and onions were frequently recommended. Conversely, cooling foods like cucumber and lettuce were advised for warm temperaments to achieve balance. The findings underscore PMʼs tailored dietary strategies for enhancing fertility by aligning food recommendations with individual temperaments. This approach offers a complementary pathway to modern infertility treatments by addressing underlying imbalances through personalized nutrition.
